What the platform does
Three national source systems, one analytical layer. Each module below reads the same governed models, so an enrolment figure means the same thing everywhere it appears.
Enrolment analytics (EMIS)
Enrolment trends by district and level over four academic years, with the gender split surfaced so parity gaps are visible rather than buried in a spreadsheet.
Performance (UNEB)
PLE and UCE pass rates and division distribution, ranked by district and school, so under-performing clusters can be found and supported.
Curriculum coverage (NCDC)
How much of each subject's planned curriculum has actually been delivered, with on-track, behind and at-risk bands per subject and district.
Governed ingestion
Every source is refreshed nightly and validated before it lands. The data-quality monitor shows source freshness and which validation checks passed or were held.
Row-level security
A district education officer sees only their district; a national planner sees the country. Scope is enforced at the query layer, resolved from the signed-in user, never from a URL.
Joined analytical models
Enrolment, results and coverage share a single EMIS school key, so a school's whole profile - who is enrolled, how they performed, what has been taught - reads as one record.
